Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of purchase. Participants must have completed less than 25% of the course content to qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed after deducting a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs. A refund will not be granted if more than 25% of the course content has been completed, or if the request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
